Winter 2024 is upon us, and I am more than ready. I am determined to make this the best holiday season I've ever had. It's not going to be easy, but nothing worth doing is.

Some people are naturally suited to be wintery people. They have reservations for the ice rink booked, an Airbnb for a snowy mountain retreat secured, and enough Eucerin to last a lifetime. I am not that way. I have to really try to have a memorable December, January, and February because if I don't, I will end up staying home alone watching movies from the 1930s. Even though Fred and Ginger are no substitute for bundling up, facing the cold, and truly living, having some cozy nights in is essential! You can't always have plans, and if movies aren't your style, perhaps some hilarious memes will fill the void of a boring night at home.
