The Kansas City Chiefs can't seem to catch a break with injuries this season.

Near the end of Sunday's thrilling last-second victory over the Cincinnati Bengals, star running back Isiah Pacheco left the field with an apparent leg injury. After the game, ESPN reporter Jeff Darlington announced that the former Rutgers star exited Arrowhead Stadium on crutches and in a walking boot, which was a discouraging sign for his status.

On Monday morning, NFL insider Ian Rapoport broke the news that Kansas City would be placing Pacheco on injured reserve and that initial indications were that he had a fractured fibula.

This announcement came as devastating news to Chiefs fans who are still reeling from the loss of wide receiver Marquise 'Hollywood' Brown in August.

Fans took to Twitter to give Pacheco their thoughts and prayers, wishing the powerful running back a speedy recovery.
