Evo 2024 Showcase events lineup and schedule revealed with announcements, developer panels, exhibitions and more festivities

The week has finally arrived for the largest fighting game event of the year and of all time by breaking attendance records where there's going to be a lot to do for those at the venue and watching from home.

Organizers for Evo 2024 have now revealed the official Evo Showcase lineup and schedule where everyone will be able to partake in festivities including some new announcements.

As was started a handful of years ago now, the Evo Showcase will take place on the first day of the event, July 19, where they'll feature special panels from the developers and community spread across almost 12 hours.

Capcom, Bandai Namco, Arc System Works, SNK, Cygames and Aether Studios are all slated to host their own panels spread throughout the day.

We already know SNK is going to have special reveals planned for their show, and there will likely be more character announcements for games like Hunter x Hunter: Nen Impact.

While the mainstage titles will likely save their big reveals for the tournament finals, there is probably going to be some others during the Evo Showcase considering Capcom unveiled the first batch of Outfit 3 costumes for Street Fighter 6 there last year.

Beyond that, exhibition tournaments are planned for Fatal Fury: City of the Wolves and Hunter x Hunter.

More community-focused panels are also being held throughout the day as well hosted by / featuring the likes of Justin Wong, YipeS, Sajam, JMCrofts, Seth Killian and SonicFox.

The organizers also recently revealed the full tournament schedule for Evo where no games will have their finals on Friday this year.

The King of Fighters 15, Mortal Kombat 1, Under Night In-Birth II and Street Fighter 3: Third Strike will have their top 6 runs on Saturday while Granblue Fantasy Versus: Rising, Guilty Gear Strive, Tekken 8 and Street Fighter 6 will make up the Sunday finals lineup.

Over 10,000 people have registered for Evo this year to possibly make it the largest eSports event ever with 5,265 signed up just to play Street Fighter 6 followed by Tekken 8 at 4,646.

Evo 2024 is scheduled to take place July 19-21 in Las Vegas, Nevada.

You can find the full Evo Showcase schedule below that'll be streamed on the official Evo Twitch channel, and more information can be found on the Evo website.
