For both his on-field contributions and his work in the community, Kentucky senior linebacker J.J. Weaver has earned recognition as one of only 11 NCAA FBS players selected to the 2024 Allstate AFCA Good Works Team.

Weaver, who also becomes a semifinalist for the Allstate Wuerffel Trophy, was picked among a record 178 nominees. The Louisville native is the 18th Wildcat to earn the distinction and the eighth in the last 11 seasons.
