It seemed like everyone hopped on the chunky sneakers trend this year, with the thick-soled silhouette popularized by brands like Hoka and On now seemingly ubiquitous among the fashion set and fitness set alike.

But one of the most surprising entries into the chunky sneaker game is Skechers' GO RUN series, which merges the brand's affordability and comfort with some seriously stylish kicks. Despite their exaggerated soles, both pairs are still streamlined enough to wear everyday, even when you're not at the gym or on a run (bonus: you can toss them in the washing machine for easy maintenance too).

The latest release in Skechers' GO RUN collection is the Razor 5, which features a flexible mesh upper and lace-up design against a lightweight padded sole. Skechers' signature comfort is on full display in these kicks, with "Hyper Burst Pro TPU cushioning" for extra support, and "Hyper Arc" technology for better energy efficiency. The shoes also come with Skechers' removable "Arch Fit" insole, which offers podiatrist-approved arch support. Skechers says the insole molds to your foot to help reduce shock and disperse weight more evenly.

Choose from three colorways, including a fun sprinkles-inspired "multi color" combo above. The shoe is available in sizes 7 to 13.

We personally like Skechers' GO RUN Supersonic Max A/T, which -- literally -- elevates the trail running shoe into something that wouldn't look out of place on a street style shoot. Though it's tough enough for hiking, these sneakers also look great with baggy trousers or jeans.

The Supersonic Max features Skechers' "Max Cushioning" platform midsole, which puts a spring into your step with better shock absorption and bounce back. The all-terrain outsole, meantime, offers solid stability and grip.

Additional features include Skechers' "Comfort Collar Technology," which adds support around the heel, collar, and tongue. The brand's "Move Foam" insole is as plush and comfortable as it sounds, further adding to the superior feel around your feet.

These shoes are as easy to slip into as they are to pair with your fashion-forward fits. And at just $90, they're an easy pickup to add to your rotation. The GO RUN Supersonic Max A/T is available in six colorways and sizes 7 to 14. See full details here.
