The Baltimore Ravens believed they made a wise trade by acquiring Diontae Johnson at the trade deadline. It was anything but good, as Johnson caught one pass in four games before being waived after failing to find a role in Baltimore's offense. It clearly wasn't a good trade in the end, as the Ravens will likely search for more offensive weapons in the offseason.
Maurice Moton of Bleacher Report proposed a blockbuster trade that would send Tyreek Hill to the Ravens.
If the Ravens traded for Hill this offseason, they'd field an offense that terrifies opponents. Between Derrick Henry's power on the ground, Hill's speed on the perimeter and Jackson's dynamic playmaking ability under center, they'd be nearly indefensible.
Hill's comments following the Miami Dolphins' disappointing season were concerning, as he made it evident that he's at least thought about leaving. If Miami were to ship their star wideout anywhere, the Ravens being a potential suitor would be terrifying for the rest of the league.
It would require some cap space gymnastics, as Moton referred to: "Hill might have to restructure his contract to make the deal more palatable for Miami when it comes to dead cap money. But if the 30-year-old deep threat is serious about wanting to play elsewhere, he may be willing to amend his contract to join Jackson and Henry in Baltimore."
Hill has been one of the league's most electric receivers over the last nine seasons, eclipsing 1,000 yards in six of those years. The former Super Bowl champion is looking to get back to the top and joining forces with Lamar Jackson in Baltimore would be insane.
