A MAN has been arrested on suspicion of dangerous driving after a crash left a woman with life-changing injuries.
The woman, in her 40s, was hit by a bus while crossing Padmore Street, Lowesmoor at around 6.30pm on Friday (February 14).
A 62-year-old man has been arrested on suspicion of causing serious injury by dangerous driving and driving whilst unfit through drink or drugs.
A spokesperson for West Mercia Police said: "The woman suffered significant injuries which are thought to be life-changing.
"A 62-year-old man was arrested on suspicion of causing serious injury by dangerous driving and driving whilst unfit through drink or drugs.
"He has since been released on bail."
Officers are now appealing for witnesses or dashcam footage that may help with enquiries.

A spokesperson for West Midlands Ambulance service said: "We sent an ambulance, a paramedic officer and the Midland Air Ambulance critical care car from Strensham to the scene.
"On arrival, crews found a woman who they treated for serious injuries before conveying her under blue light, emergency driving conditions to Queen Elizabeth Hospital, Birmingham."
