Jelly Roll's Wife Bunnie Xo Says She's Given Up Tampons: 'I Just Wear a Diaper'

The 'Dumb Blonde' host shared that she's gone from six tampons a day to just one 'diaper' -- and shared the 'disgusting' bathroom rules on a tour bus

Bunnie Xo is sounding off on why she doesn't use tampons, preferring instead to use what she calls "diapers."

On the latest episode of her podcast Dumb Blonde, Bunnie and BFF Meme Shahan answered unfiltered questions from readers. One person asked if the women's menstrual cycles are linked since they're "in such close quarters" -- meaning, sharing a tour bus.

The question prompted the girls to share details about what is -- and isn't -- allowed in a tour bus bathroom, and how they manage their periods while touring with Bunnie's husband, country star Jelly Roll, on his Beautifully Broken tour.

"I feel like [our periods] were linked for a while there. Right?" Bunnie, 44, said, adding, "Mine is pretty powerful. Mine will not change for anybody."

"You make mine start," Meme said, and then asked, "Let's talk about on the tour bus, though. How are we gonna do this? "

"The bathrooms are so small," Meme added. "And for being a bigger person, it is very hard."

She continued: "You're in close quarters, and you have to somehow shove a tampon in there and out. It's bad."

"Not me. I just wear a diaper," Bunnie said. "I am not putting tampons up this hoo-ha. There's no way."

"Maybe I gotta switch to diapers? " Meme replied.

"Diapers -- you are gonna feel so free. And, like, dude, you can bleed in them, and, like, I use one diaper a day. Whereas before, I used to use, like, f -- king six tampons a day because I'm so heavy. I use one diaper a day."

Bunnie described the diapers she used, presumably referring to specially designed period underwear. "I've preached these diapers, and they're they're black. Like, they look like briefs."

They also shared how challenging it is to manage their periods -- and other bodily functions -- on the bus.

"Oh, bro. It's gonna be disgusting because you can't s -- t on the bus," Bunnie said, referring to how on a tour bus, only liquids are allowed to avoid clogging -- and stinking up -- the limited septic container available.

"I've been throwing toilet paper down the bus, the toilet," Bunnie added -- another frowned-up act.

"You can't put toilet paper down. You gotta throw them in the trash can," Meme said. "And we didn't know that for the first month last year. And we all toilet papered down, and it got clogged."
