It's perfectly blended into the grassy surroundings, camouflaging seamlessly into the foliage beneath it.

Henri Olckers. 36, who took the pictures has been photographing wildlife for over ten years in Kruger National Park, South Africa.

In the images we can see the leopard relaxing and taking in the surroundings.

The South African snapper said: "We were surprised to find a leopard in the middle of the day, and we had a good viewing position to take some decent photos.

"I hadn't seen a leopard in that specific area for many years, so we were pleased to find one again.

"The adrenaline and excitement and pure joy when I see one of my favourite animals is like a drug to me and that is why I go back to Kruger National Park so often.

"Every trip is different, and it never disappoints."
