A Nissan Versa and Chrysler Town and Country crashed into each other when the former of the two cars attempted a left turn onto D 1/2 Road. The Chrysler collided with the front passenger side of the Nissan Versa.

The driver of the Nissan - a Clifton 18-year-old male - was transported to a hospital with serious injuries. His passenger, a 17-year-old from Grand Junction, has life-threatening injuries, according to CSP.

Meanwhile, a 74-year-old woman from Whitewater - and the driver of the Chrysler - had moderate injuries and was transported to the hospital.
