Pixel Buds Pro 2 buyers getting a survey about issues & AI usage

The Pixel Buds Pro 2 are Google's latest flagship TWS earbuds. The new product not only boasts better audio quality but also supports a plethora of AI-powered features via Gemini. Following the launch, Google is interested in the reception the earbuds are getting among the public. The company is sending out a survey to buyers of the Pixel Buds Pro 2 to get feedback on their experience.

This is not the first time that Google has sent out a survey to check the satisfaction levels or general opinion that customers have about Pixel products. Receiving firsthand feedback from users allows the brand to detect potential points of improvement for current and future products. In the survey on the Pixel Buds Pro 2, Google places special emphasis on the usefulness of the "smart features."

As reported by 9to5Google, the email survey for Pixel Buds Pro 2 buyers begins with the question, "How likely are you to recommend Pixel Buds Pro 2 to a friend or family member?" Users can choose a value between 1 - 10 and add more specific details in a text box (optional). In other questions, Google seeks information about the earbuds you have previously used and the brand of your phone.

The next question is, "Why did you choose to purchase the Pixel Buds Pro 2 instead of a different set of wireless earbuds?" The Mountain View giant has added up to 16 options to cater to all possible scenarios. Users can choose all the options they feel identified with.

The next question asks for "issues or unhelpful actions have you experienced." This is where Google seeks direct feedback regarding potential issues or the usefulness of the earbuds' features. In this way, the company could elevate the user experience through QoL and feature improvements. There is a section dedicated to the audio quality of the earbuds. Here Google also asks about "unwanted noises / sounds" you may have experienced.

Naturally, Google is interested in learning about your experiences using the Gemini-powered AI features. First, the survey asks the user if the headphones have increased your Gemini usage. Lastly, there's a question about potential issues experienced when using Gemini through the Pixel Buds Pro 2.
