Ridgeline International has agreed to acquire System High for an undisclosed sum as part of efforts to establish a scaled provider of high-end security offerings designed to protect the country's weapons systems, critical operations and intelligence missions.
According to a joint release published Wednesday, the companies expect the transaction to conclude in March, subject to customary closing conditions.
The combined company will provide multidomain capabilities to help address mission-critical challenges in managed attribution, information security, identity management, data loss prevention, data privacy and personnel and physical protection.

Sarah Lord, president of System High, said the combination will enable the company to provide more comprehensive platforms to address customers' toughest security challenges.
Established in 2015, Ridgeline provides proprietary intelligence and cyber technology offerings to protect against technical surveillance, control data, manage digital signatures and secure communications for the Department of Defense and Intelligence Community.
In December 2023, the Tysons, Virginia-based company secured a strategic investment from Enlightenment Capital to support its strategic growth initiatives.
Enlightenment Capital-backed System High provides proactive protection, digital signature management platforms and security engineering services.
The Chantilly, Virginia-based company's tech platforms are designed to secure and strengthen critical programs, missions, operations and intelligence activities. Its offerings help government customers sustain secrecy and achieve superiority in ground, air, space, cyberspace and maritime domains.
