Dominion recently announced it sold a 50% non-controlling interest in the Coastal Virginia Offshore Wind project to Stonepeak Partners for $2.6 billion.
The Coastal Virginia Offshore Wind (CVOW) is a 2.6-gigawatt offshore wind farm under construction off the coast of Virginia Beach. The project is expected to be completed in late 2026, per a Dominion news release.
Dominion continues to have total operational control of the construction of the project and its operation.
Dynex Capital (DX)
The mortgage REIT filed its earnings report for the quarter that ended Sept. 30. The company reported a net income of $31 million, up from a loss of $43.1 million in the same period of the previous year.
Hamilton Beach Brands (HBB)
The electrical products supplier reported $1.9 million in net income for the third quarter 2024. The company reported a net income of $10.3 million for the same period in 2023.

The healthcare logistics company announced that it has entered in a receivables purchase agreement with PNC Bank and PNC Capital Markets. The agreement's aggregate outstanding amount to be sold is not to exceed $450 million. The receivables sales program is scheduled to end in October 2027.
