The Broken Bow girls golf team competed at the Southwest conference girls golf championships Tuesday played at Crandall Creek Golf Course in Ogallala. Minden was the conference team champion with a low team score of 344. Holdrege was runner up with a 379 followed by Broken Bow just three shots behind with a 382 team score. KayLynn Jorgensen of Minden was the individual champion with a low round of 78. Molly Custer of Broken Bow led the way for the Lady Indians finishing third with a round of 82. Brynn Custer medaled in the top fifteen placing tenth with a round of 93. Ivy Eggleston was just two shots outside the top fifteen with a round of 99. Other Broken Bow scores included Trinity Hurlburt with a round of 108, Addisen Loughran shot a 117 and Emersyn Palmer finished with a 127. Broken Bow will compete at the C-4 district meet on October 7th at Cambridge.
