After dropping a dud of a game like the team did on Sunday, the New York Jets' response could determine how good the roster actually is in 2024.
New York's 10-9 loss to the Denver Broncos was nothing short of an embarrassment for the championship-contending roster. After all, that kind of results weren't supposed to happen with Aaron Rodgers leading the way.
Despite the loss, New York remains in good spirits going into their Week 5 contest against the undefeated Minnesota Vikings in London on Sunday. Not being under .500 early in the season certainly helps.
"I think they have been great, we have got the whole season ahead of us. We are 2-2. We are in the thick of it obviously, we are at the nothing part of football," Jets head coach Robert Saleh said. "This is the part of the season where teams start figuring out exactly who they are, and you are either climbing up the hill or you are staying at the bottom.
"So, this next quarter if you will, the next four games are big part of the season, but the guys are in great spirits and ready to get after it."

It's hard to get too high or low on a team that is .500 early in the season. Many of the top contending teams in the league have mediocre starts but can turn it around.
It's a key reason why the Jets' response for Sunday should be an important determination to see just how good the group can be going forward.
