CRIME STOPPERS: Detectives ask for help to identify person following shooting at apartment complex

BATON ROUGE, La. (WAFB) - The Baton Rouge Police Department is asking the public for help identifying a person involved in a shooting.

Detectives believe this individual is responsible for a non-fatal shooting that occurred in the 12000 Block of Newcastle Avenue.

The shooting happened around 5:30 p.m. at the Afton Oaks Apartments.

Police say the victim was rushed to a hospital with critical injuries that are not life-threatening.
