Godolphin's homebred 2-year-old filly earns fees-paid berth to BC Juvenile Fillies.
Godolphin's Immersive improved her career record to three wins from three starts with a victory in the $600,000 Alcibiades Stakes (G1) Oct. 4 at Keeneland.
It was the second grade 1 win for the filly who won the seven-furlong Spinaway Stakes (G1) Aug. 31 in the mud at Saratoga Race Course.
A homebred filly by Nyquist , Immersive stalked the pace from third place Friday and took over at the head of the short stretch of the 1 1/16-mile Alcibiades. With the win in the Breeders' Cup Challenge Series event, the Brad Cox trainee earned a fees-paid berth in the $2 million Breeders' Cup Juvenile Fillies (G1) Nov. 1 at Del Mar.
"They did go a little quick to the half-mile (:46.89), but I thought Manny (Franco) did a great job of being aggressive, getting in position," Cox said. "We always felt she'd stay on, and she did today. Very proud of her, happy for Godolphin, Sheikh Mohammed, and Manny Franco -- he's a great rider, very happy for him and a big win for her.
"We'll see how she comes out of it first and foremost. If she rebounds well, on to California."

Final time on the dirt course rated fast was 1:44.64. Quickick finished second, and Quietside finished third.
The top five finishers earned qualifying points to the 2025 Kentucky Oaks (G1) on a 10-5-3-2-1 scale.
