Last Wednesday, attorneys from Susman Godfrey LLP and Benesch Friedlander Coplan & Aronoff, LLP filed an antitrust lawsuit on behalf of CDS Litigation, LLC, against Align Technology, Inc. ("Align"), the American Dental Association ("ADA"), and the American Association of Orthodontists ("AAO").
