Taye Hadden scored 26 points and Nathan Valadares had 21 in the Ursuline Lancers' 78-58 win over the Northern Vikings in the LKSSAA senior boys' basketball AA/AAA league Thursday in Sarnia.

Isiah Dunlop added 18 and Gibby Dunlop scored 11 for the two-time defending AAA champion Lancers (4-0). They led the championship game rematch 49-28 at halftime.

"The team really executed our defensive game plan perfectly," Ursuline head coach Jim Dunlop said.

Northern (3-1) is tied for second with St. Patrick's (3-1), which won 49-36 over Chatham-Kent (2-2).

In junior AA/AAA action, Chatham-Kent lost to St. Patrick's 54-40 and Wallaceburg lost to Lambton Central 40-24.
